I love small town restaurants and cafe&#39;s. We had a wedding at The Orchard and were referred to Larry&#39;s for breakfast tacos the morning after the wedding to serve the wedding party and guests. We ordered a variety including, eggs and ham, vegetarian, carne guisada, and beef fajita&#39;s. Every taco was outstanding. Our guests loved them. Larry&#39;s is a quaint small town restaurant where everybody knows each other. If the tacos were any indication, everything at Larry&#39;s must be fantastic.

My husband and I decided to drive in for dinner before attending a play at Wharton&#39;s Plaza Theatre. It was the weekend just after the Houston area floods, when Wharton had about 350 homes in water. The theatre sent out a notice that the square was dry and that &quot;The show must go on.&quot; We wanted to support the community, so we went. Larry&#39;s is an established eatery and locals like it. It&#39;s casual, could use some updating. The portions were a good size and tasty, but pretty salty for my tastes. My husband said it wasn&#39;t too salty for him. The salsa packed a good amount of heat, but the chips were thick.

very disappointing, food was not good, waitress could not answer questions we had I think she could only speak Spanish! Don&#39;t know, maybe she just didn&#39;t know. Floors dirty &amp; what we could see of kitchen.
